I have had extensive experience with Microsoft Windows, from the days of Windows for Workgroups 3.11 right through to Windows 2000 Server Edition. I am fully conversant with product installation and configuration, including device and networking setup. I have used Windows NT Workstation and Server as well as Windows 2000 Professional and Server editions.

My experience with Windows XP is more limited, being restricted to that of a daily user rather than having a professional IT involvement with it. That said, I'm keen to learn and know I could pick up the new features relatively easily and quickly.
