I returned to Teligence in November 2005, having worked with the company previously (formerly known as Chromatic Software). In my current role of Senior IVR Developer I am responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of code for our IVR systems. Since my return I have also been responsible for the implementation of a wiki system, used initially within the IVR team and now being used by other teams within the organisation, for documentation and collaboration between teams.
