Meridian Norstar
I have had considerable experience with the Meridian Norstar phone system from Nortel, having both sold it and installed it. It's a great phone system for the small to medium sized business and is very flexible and configurable.

I am competant to program and configure a system from the default out-of-the-box settings to a customer defined configuration. I have worked on systems with analog trunks as well as basic rate (BRI) and primary rate (PRI) ISDN connections.

I have also had experience with the StarTalk voicemail adjunct as well as the Norstar Call Logging Interface and the Analog Terminal Adaptor (ATA).

Meridian Option 11C
The Meridian 1 Option 11C is the baby of the Meridian 1 family. Whilst not as proficient at programming this switch as I am with a Mitel SX2000, I am competant of the PBX's abilities and features. I have sold several and have experience with Meridian MAX, the ACD package for Meridians.
