I am familiar with a wide range of Dialogic hardware, having used both analog cards (such as D/41D, D/41E-SC, D/41H-UK) and digital/primary rate cards (D/300SC-2E1, D/240SC-T1, D/480SC-2T1).

I am competant installing Dialogic hardware and have developed IVR applications using Parity Software's VOS 6 (using the R4 API), VOS 7 (using the Topaz API) and VOS 8, also known as Intel's CT-ADE, using a mixture of R4 and Topaz API calls.
