I was employed to provide software support for a Trust & Company Administration package, a role that included database administration and fault diagnosis. I progressed to become part of the technical team. In this role I was involved with server commissioning, software installation, network administration and PC support. I also conducted training courses, being part of the rollout of Windows and cc:Mail for a local accountancy practice (over 150 people trained).
